FRIDAY FAVORITES.....YOGURT EDITION

We made it, Friday is here!! It looks like it will be a glorious weekend.
I am a big proponent on eating a good, high protein breakfast and my favorites are usually eggs with veggies or of course, yogurt and fruit! I won't lie, occasionally I do have a cookie, bagel or doughnut with my coffee but the majority of the days, I keep it healthy.
There are so many yogurt products out there these days and I have tried many of them but these are the kinds I adore most. I try to stick with the Greek, although I have had to grow more accustomed to it but I like that it is higher in protein. I also like a quick cup of yogurt before a workout.
I thought I'd share  a few of them in honor of Friday Favorites.
Do you like yogurt? What are your favorites?

1. CHOBANI FLIP YOGURT in KEY LIME CRUMBLE

This stuff is amazing. I mean, it tastes just like you're eating a key lime dessert. I do not put all the crumbles in to save a few calories and I really only need a tad bit of crunch anyway.

2. MÜLLER GREEK CORNER with CARAMELIZED ALMONDS

Mix these caramelized almonds and yogurt with fresh strawberries and you have a heavenly breakfast.
This is so so good and 13 grams of protein.

3. PLAIN GREEK YOGURT ~ CHEESECAKE STYLE

This is so much like a desert. You mix in a couple tablespoons of Sugar Free Cheesecake pudding mix and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and you have a low fat healthy cheesecake. Mix in fruit and it's even better.

4. CHOBANI SEASONAL BATCHES
Grape in the Spring, Pumpkin in the Fall

Oh my goodness, the grape tastes like laffy taffy and the pumpkin, well, I love anything pumpkin. I even put the pudding cheesecake mix into the pumpkin and it takes like a pumpkin cheesecake. The only seasonal I have tried and not liked is the green tea but these two are my favorites.

5. YOPLAIT GREEK WHIPS ~ STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

This stuff is so fluffy and tasty and I love that it is only 100 calories!!

Well, it is the first Friday of May so I am off with my mama to about 5-6 local greenhouses to select my annual flowers for this year. I inherited a green thumb from my mom and adore picking out all my posies. Here are my favorite petunias from last year...

HAVE A BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND MY GORGEOUS FRIENDS!!

An important P.S.
Before you go into your weekend, can you also do something for me? Please pray for my sweet friend Emily, who blogs over at the wildly popular blog, The Freckled Fox HERE
Her adorable husband Martin was just diagnosed with aggressive Stage 4 Melanoma Cancer.
Emily is 8 months pregnant and they have 4 other beautiful children under 6.
Words aren't enough but we can join together and lift them up!!!
Aren't they beautiful!!!!
