FRIDAY FAVORITES.....MARCH LOVE

Happy Weekend and Happy March sweet friends! Whew, what a busy, crazy week. You all ready for a fabulous and relaxing weekend? We had winter here big time this past week but the forecast says 60 degrees by next Tuesday and I'll take it!! Cheers to your weekend!!

1. Sparkling Shamrock Champagne Cocktail
During my college years I loved Midori Sours. Not sure if it was the taste or the pretty green. Imagine my excitement in mixing it with champagne!! Just in time for St. Patricks day.
Serve My green Little Irish Girl Cookies with it. ;-)
1 bottle your favorite champagne
12 oz of Midori Melon Liquor
Mix well and serve in chilled glasses (looks pretty in a punch bowl or glass pitcher)
Green sanding sugar and honeydew melon balls for garnish optional

2. Wood Heeled Shoes @ Target
So cute and can you imagine these with flare jeans!! Darling and they look like real wood. The heels are a little taller than I would normally buy and not sure if I'll purchase these or not, but I love the look and thought some of you might too. What do you think?

3. Week's Attire
Guess Spring was still not here this week......
Macy's top, Scarf from Italy

Entire outfit is from Kohl's

The North face vest, Loft Chambray tunic, Old Navy scarf, Sperry Duck boots

Meijer sweater, Amazon plaid scarf, Steve Madden Boots, Boutique boot cuffs

4. Burlap Bunny Banner
Target Bins, Thank you! I snatched up the last $3 Burlap Bunny Banner and I love the touch of Easter and Spring it brings to the Mantle!! The little bunny tails are actually cotton, so cute!!
Hard to believe the end of the month will be Easter.
My mom pointed out my owl is so crossed eyed and that is what makes him so cute!!

5. Recent Purchases
Oooh I've been so good with my spending, but these two items I kept going back to and know I will get a lot of good out of them. Theses shoes are so comfortable and the earrings are even prettier in person. Investment pieces with no regret are the best kind of purchases. Oh and killer deals!

  25. I saw the shoes at Target as well, I was tempted. I agree they are quite high, and I purchased wedges a couple years ago that were a tad high as well and I rarely them. I think I am going to hold out and find a pair that are a little lower.
    Happy Friday!
