FRIDAY FAVORITES.....BLACK FRIDAY EDITION

Whew, it's one month til Christmas peeps. Let the warmth and fun of the season begin which will include lots of good leftovers, sweet treats and shopping!! No Black Friday in stores for me today but instead eating and chilling with my beautiful family!! Here's to all you wonderful friends, may your weekend be grand and full of deals and all things that make you smile!!!

1. Shopping ONLINE and Free Shipping
One of my favorite things to do is shop but around this crazy insane packed and line filled times in stores, my preference is online shopping. You cannot beat some of the sales right now and free shipping is a MUST! Whatever retailers don't offer free shipping are making a huge marketing mistake.

2. Christmas Tablescape
I showed you my Fall tablescape Here. Boy do I Love a  good Tablescape and I found the perfect mixture for the place settings at Pier One. Aren't these going to be so cute!! Deer Antlers Napkin Ring Holders HERE.

3. Week's Attire
Thank heavens for a 3 day week!
T.J. Maxx Dress, Steve Madden boots, Nordstrom Cardigan

Macy's cardigan, Eddie Bauer Dress

The Loft cardigan, target gingham shirt, Charming Charlie beads

4. Vince Gill Concert
My mom and I love older country music and Vince Gill was huge in the 90's. He is an amazing entertainer and married to Amy Grant, who I also love. He played for 3 hours!

Such a cute couple!

Incredible guitar player.

5. Decoration Helpers
Today, these boys will be climbing up ladders again to help mom get my outside decorations and high up ones. They are the bet helper and I appreciate it so much! Decoration House Tour on the blog set for December 12th.
HAPPY GET YOUR CHRISTMAS ON WEEKEND!!!

  3. Happy Thanksgiving, Andrea! Mwah! I saw those same deer antler napkin holders at Pier 1 last week, too, and thought they were oh-so cute! Alas, they won't click with my Christmas china, so I decided to pass, but they look great with the tablescape you showed. Sister? What's up with all the orange this week? I swear I'm beginning to think you're pulling for Auburn behind my back for tomorrow's Iron Bowl!? What the what? Ha! So glad you have some help with all the decorating and I know you have SO loved having those handsome men home for the holiday! I didn't step out for the shopping, either. Alise and I stayed home to watch Gilmore Girls and snuggle. I'm planning on finishing up my decorating this weekend, too! Love ya!

  4. Hooray for 3 day work weeks! I used to love going out shopping in the wee hours of black Friday, now it doesn't even kind of sound like fun. Jax and I decorated the house too, it must have been the mother/son thing to do this weekend! I hope you are having a lovely long weekend!

  5. Andrea!!! You made me smile so much with your comment yesterday - I kind of took a break from the blog for the day {after posting my Friday Favorites, of course, lol} so I really appreciate you stopping by and leaving me some love. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving with your family! I too, stayed home with family instead of shopping and we got most of our decor up :) I love country music and Vince Gill is amazing - I am jealous you saw him in concert!!! I hope you have a great rest of the weekend with your beautiful family :)

  6. I did 90% of my Black Friday shopping yesterday online and it was so awesome! I loved that I didn't have to battle all the crazy people in the stores! Reindeer are seriously my favorite Christmas decorations, so I love that Pier 1 tablescape! I hope that you had the best Thanksgiving!

  7. I didn't really shop at all yesterday, even online. And by that I mean I bought a bracelet, for me, the end. I normally get more shopping done on Black Friday but I'm with you, going out & dealing with those crazy lines is not my thing. I either do it online or wait until later in the day when the door buster people are gone.

  8. I like the Christmas plate setting. I don't buy anything on Black Friday - a lot of similar deals will come back throughout the month of December. Not worth the rush and hype, in my opinion.

  10. Friend, I have officially marked seven names off my Christmas shopping list! Of course I did it in stores but NOT during those crazy Black Friday hours. Lord, no, mama cannot handle that mess. I need to order from Amazon but I don't have any cards to use and the pay day is a ways off eeeek! I'm so Amish sometimes BAHAHAAH! Love that festive setting for the table. Our outdoor light are out now too! xoxoxoxo Amanda

  11. I agree with you, free shipping should be a give around this time of year!! I hate shipping and sometimes it will prevent me from making that purchase. So glad you got to spend the weekend with all of your boys, that is so awesome! Love your Christmas table!

  12. I'm a huge Amy Grant fan, too. She plays in Dallas with Michael W. Smith every year near my birthday and I always think I am going to go, but get too caught up in the holiday festivities to make it happen. Maybe one year!

  13. I am so with you on online shopping on Black Friday! Don't get me wrong - we have definitely waited outside a store in the freezing cold at 4am to be the first ones in at 6am, but that was back in our college days before so many of the deals were also online.
