Happy Friday all you little Irish and Irish for a Day Lads and Lassies!!!! Happy St. Patrick's Day and Luck O' the Irish to ya!! May your weekend be full of fun, love and laughter, your cup runneth over and now where is that picture of me with a green beer???

1. Reuben with Kettle Chips
You all know I am BIG on tradition so every year around St. Patty's Day I always mosy up to the Deli, buy some corned beef and create the most delicious reuben sandwiches in the skillet. And always serve them with kettle potato chips
Here is how I make mine: Butter one side of rye bread, place in skillet, add desired thousand island dressing, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef, place another piece of bread, buttered side up and grill in skillet like a grilled cheese, smash to make thin and enjoy!! (if you don't like Kraut like two of our boys, omit..they're just as yummy)

2. The Blended Blog Loves
Every Friday, one of The Blended Blog contributors writes up a post of her favorite posts from the internet that week. Today I'm over there showcasing my favorites...and it's a LINK-UP.....go link-up a favorite post you did this week!!!
