FRIDAY FAVORITES...ST. PATTY'S DAY EDITION

O’ Luck of the Irish lassies, it’s St. Patty’s day tomorrow so pull out the green and get jiggy with it! Who knows if I'll even wear green? LOL! Happy Friday! March is flying thus getting us closer to Spring! In case you missed it, this week I Revealed a Powder Room,  made yummy Vanilla Carmelitas and Idolized Angie Hooley with my fashion choice. Lots of fun happening this week: had a friend over "during the day"...perk of no more day job, lol; helped college boy with Business Law, thanks Missy, took said son to car dealership for big fix thanks to a rodent making a nest in his engine, had water in our basement but a quick plumber fix and lots of home cooked meals for the fam and to tote back to college.

1. Green
Green Beer
We are probably going out tonight to celebrate with the boys as busy day for them tomorrow. This was the only time, 8 years ago, that I ever got a green beer; tonight, it will probably be a yummy cocktail of some sort. I do love Midori Sours and they’re green so I’ll try to keep it festive and maybe get a Reuben too!

These are my favorite little treats to make and just melt in your mouth!

Yep, an old school Midori Sour...just what the Leprechaun ordered!

MOM'S TEE
We just picked mom up from the airport Wednesday after a week in Florida with friends. Look at her cute tee from TJ Maxx for Happy Hour.

SPRING BREAK
This Boy and I hung a lot. He got lots of yummy meals, binged some shows, worked hard on homework, meet with friends, and this weekend he is celebrating his BFF's birthday while also home form college. I asked other boy who is in Florida on SB to send me a picture but he's too busy in the sun, lol

Acting silly waiting at Airport for my mom. Money well spend on Braces, man, he has good teeth!

BERRY GIRL
This sweet Daisy girl of ours is Berry crazy like her mama. However, she will not eat the raspberries but she sits right here in this corner of the couch just waiting for a sweet strawberry or blackberry, she LOVES them!

HAVE a BERRY Beautiful weekend sweet friends!!

  1. What a great week! That tee your mom got at TJMaxx is my favorite! I need to be on the look out for that. That Target blazer fits you so well, when I see it online it isn't nearly as cute but you rock it! So sweet you got to hang with your boy this week, Nolan was only home for a few days and then had plans with friends. And, he's not coming home for Summer - boo! Hope you have a wonderful weekend beautiful!

  13. Yay to getting to spend some quality time with your son. I'm sure he loved getting some home cooked meals. I hope that when my kids get older that I have a relationship with them like you seem to have with your boys. I think you should do a post on that! Cultivating your relationships with your kids as they get older. Happy, Happy Friday! Woo hoo! Although I guess everyday is "Friday" for you now. Yay to that!
