SPINACH TORTILLA ROLL-UP TREE

How pretty is this??!! I knew when I first saw green spinach tortilla wraps a few years ago, that a roll-up tree would be in my future. Super easy and oh, so festive. It looks great in the middle of a bunch of appetizers. The topper is a homemade star out of card stock, but I am sure you could get creative and do several things for the topper. I have about 3 different roll up recipes and sometimes will make all 3. I think this ham one works best with the
Spinach wraps.
Yum

What you'll need

SPINACH TORTILLA ROLL-UP TREE
Ingredients:
2 packages Spinach Tortilla Wraps
1 (8oz) brick 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 tub cream cheese with chives
1/2 pound good deli ham
1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese blend
Seasonings like garlic salt, garlic powder and accent
1 red bell pepper

Directions:
Mix cream cheeses with seasonings. Spread on tortillas and layer some ham and cheese. Roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for a few hours. Remove from fridge and cut into pinwheels. Layer on a plate or pedestal platter to rise up and resemble a tree. Place pieces of cut red pepper in-between some of the pinwheels for color. You can cover this whole tree with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator overnight until ready to present and serve.

  21. I'm just going to say first off that I am a huge fan of Spinach Tortillas but would have never though to have made this. I love this idea for Christmas get-togethers and this will be perfect for my work since most of the people there tend to stick to healthier options, even this time of year (insane, I know!). They will love this! I hope you are having a most wonderful week my gorgeous friend! XO -Kim
