SENDING LOVE....ANYTHING BUT BASIC

I have mentioned it many times before, but one of my favorite things in the whole wide world is sending and receiving snail mail. There's something so exhilarating about taking a stamp and placing it on the envelope of a beautiful piece of correspondence that you're so lovingly sending someone you care about. The holidays really got me thinking about this. I sent out dozens of cards and our card holder was overflowing with the correspondence from others, who I know probably love mail in their mailbox as much as I do.

When I find a new store or website that is brimming with beautiful stationary and cards, I get completely giddy and I begin thinking about all the cards and Invitations I need to get for the upcoming year for my beautiful family members and friends. With the amazing website I found, called Basic Invite, I can rest assure that I'm going to find the most wonderful card stock, quality cards and stationery for all my snail mail needs!

2016 was filled with some of my most amazing blogger friends having beautiful babies. Amy AnnKate, and Nadine all had precious new babies arrive. One of the favorite things I found on Basic Invite website was related to Birth Announcements and Baby Shower Invites.

I have given many a baby shower in my time I would've loved to of had such a wonderful website as Basic Invite versus back in the day when I just bought the invitations at Target or Walmart.

The Nautical theme is a favorite, I even made a watermelon sailboat for one I gave years back. How cute are these!!

You know me, theme party crazy...My parties all have themes.

As many of you know, 2016 was also full of amazing graduations! I absolutely love the Graduation Invitations from Basic Invite. Had I known about this company last year, I would've ordered some of these for the boys graduation. Here is an extra incentive why: Color, glorious colors!

 Colored envelopes..YES Please
How Precious
Classy

Almost Unlimited Colors - Basic invite is one of the few websites that allows customers almost unlimited color options with instant previews online. Once you select a design you can change the color of each element on the card to over 180 different color options so you can make sure the card is exactly how you want it down to the littlest detail.
AND get this
Over 40 Different Colors of Envelopes - Basic Invite is just as colorful with their envelopes they are with their invitations. You can choose from over 40 different colors so that your invitation can stand out even before it is opened. All their envelopes are peel and seal so the envelopes can be quickly and securely closed.

Whoohoo....boring white envelopes be gone and no more licking!

NOW, are you ready for why I love it the most?
Custom Samples - Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers the ability to order a printed sample of their actual invitation so they can see exactly how it will print as well as the paper quality before they ever have to place their final order!!!! You don't know how happy this makes me!! I can see it and feel it first!!

These are just some of the reasons why I like this site over other card and stationary sites.
Don't forget to stop by www.BasicInvite.com to look at their variety of cards, business cards, invitation and stationary options! Plus, they offer great sales!

What about you? Are you old school? Do you LOVE to send and receive mail through actual Post Office?

  7. I love snail mail too, so sites like these appeal to me as well. And yes to birth announcements! Thanks for the shoutout. 😘 I had so much fun picking one out for Ivy. I remember growing up when we bought invites at places like Wal-Mart and wrote all the details in. It's amazing how far it's come.

  26. Love getting cards from you, Love! Found your beautiful Christmas card again yesterday and it made me smile. After taking down the decorations, I took the cards off the garland and just put them in "safe" keeping in the kitchen. Wayne and I were doing some cleaning out when I found it again. It made me smile.
