BROCCOLI CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

Green Bean Casserole move on over. Eek, you’re being replaced by This broccoli concoction sure to please the masses and I’ll bet even those who are not broccoli fans. This is sooo easy, like 5 ingredients and while I only eat this kind of stuff like once a year, it'll make for a nice Easter or Sunday dinner side for sure! Take it to a pot luck and watch em' devour it! It's easy to double batch too! And a great way to get your broccoli!
Yum

BROCCOLI CHEDDAR CASSEROLE
 INGREDIENTS
1 (10 ¾oz can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups sharp, cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (6oz) French friend onions, divided
2 packages (16oz each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed

 DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large saucepan, combine the soup, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheese and 2/3 of the can of French fried onions, heating over medium heat, stirring until blended about 5 minutes. Stir in the broccoli and transfer mixture to a greased 2qt baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and then the remaining onions. Bake until the cheese has melted, about 10 more minutes. Serves 6-8.

Those french fried onions just make everything better if I have any left after eating them out of the can!
HAPPY TASTY TUESDAY FRIENDS!!
xoxo
